What does pre-order mean?

See a style you have fallen in love with and have to try it? GUARANTEE yourself the chance to try by pre-ordering the dress online for JUST A 10% DEPOSIT. When the dress arrives we will send an invoice for the remainder of the balance*. The dress will then be sent by courier for you to try at home. Decided against the dress and want to return? No problems at all, there will be a return label enclosed for you to return for a full refund**

Why pre-order?

In general, we order the dresses 6 months in advance and the designers only make the quantities ordered. We usually order each style in one per size, once this size has sold we are unable to obtain anymore as the designers do not make any dresses to order.

By pre-ordering this guarantees yourself the chance to try your dream dress without worrying it will sell out and at no risk as you CAN RETURN as usual.

How much does it cost to pre-order?
The initial pre-order is just a 10% deposit. The balance is then payable 48 hours after the dress arrives to us. Once you have paid the balance we will ship as usual.

When are the dresses due?

We have been told to expect the collections anytime from November up until the end of January. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific dates on each individual style.

Decided against the dress before it arrives?

No worries, just let us know and we can cancel the pre-order and refund the deposit in full!

Can you return the dress after it's arrived?

Of course, our usual returns policy applies. Deposits will be refunded if not suitable.
